All successful orders will be processed in 1-3 working days upon purchased.

Once the order is confirmed and completed upon successful payment of the same, an email notification will be sent to you. 

Orders made via WhatsApp, Instagram or other platform may take additional 1-3 working days to be reflected in your e-mail.

You are entitled to make payment for the order using the various method made available on the Site and may be updated from time to time. You warrant and undertake that the credit card or debit card details provide by you are of your card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment where applicable.

We will contact you via WhatsApp/Email/Instagram as soon as possible in the event where the item is out of stock, needed extra attention or where the payment has not been authorised. If we are unable to contact you, the order is deemed to be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited toitemor service availability, errors in the description or price of the itemor service, error in your order, where you have not complied in any way with these Terms or any other reasons.If the order is cancelled for the above reasons and you have paid for the items, you will receive a full refund net of any other charges.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions of the information associated with the items. We also reserve the right to update or change the information of the items at any time without prior notice to you. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

DELIVERY

DELIVERY STATUS
All ready stock items will be processed and to be shipped out within 1-3 working days.

No delivery services shall be available on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. 

All pre-order itemswill be processed and to be shipped out within 10-20 working days subject to customs clearance or any other external factors related to the delivery/shipping of the item. Urgent orders are not advisable for pre-order orders.

You shall provide a valid and accurate address on the Site for delivery. Once the applicable item has been shipped out, you will not be allowed to change or amend the delivery address or cancel the order. 

We reserve the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligation for the delivery of the item to any other party as it may be decided from time to time without giving notice of the same to you.

Delivery fee and time may vary in price depending on size and location. Below are the estimate delivery days of receiving upon order has been shipped out.

NOTE :
The delivery days stipulated above are approximate only and delays may occur without prior notice due to any technical problem. In connection here to, you agree and acknowledge that time is not of essence for the performance of delivery of the item. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.

International customers are responsible for any additional fees or customs and duties after the itemhas been shipped. Please inform us prior if you have any special request. We will exercise reasonable endeavour to facilitate and protect our international customers from such fees but cannot guarantee any unexpected expenses incurred.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS :
You hereby agree and acknowledge that all items purchased are at your own risk. In the event where the items are damaged or lost in the course of delivery/shipping, you agree and acknowledge that HYPECITY will not be liable for any damages, expenses or costs incurred there from.

TRACKING NUMBER / DELIVERY NOTE :
The tracking number of the delivery will be issued to you via email notification or phone message (sms) upon dispatch of your order.

DROP OFF / URGENT SHIPMENTS / SELF COLLECTION :
To arrange an urgent shipment order, self-collection or drop off orders please contact our email at [email protected] or Whatsapp us here. Any self-collection made without informing and arranged will not be entertained.
