1. ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC & GENUINE ?
Yes, all of our items are 100% original, authentic and legit.
All items are sourced from retail store, multi-brand store/website, distributor, wholesaler or trusted sources from secondary market globally.

2. ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS BRAND NEW IN TAGS / WITH BOX / PAPER BAG ? 
Yes, all of our items are 100% brand new unless stated.
Please note that some of the items might not come with original plastic bag, hang tags or price tags as our products are sourced from various network such as retail Store and distributor. However, rest assured that they are all 100% brand new unless stated.
Paper Bag will not be provided as we are not Brand Retail Store.

3. DO YOU PROVIDE RETAIL RECEIPT ?
As we are not retailer, we do not provide retail receipt at all times except for certain brands such as Hermes, LV, Chanel upon request.
This is due to the fact that all purchases are confidential between our suppliers and us. Furthermore, some of our products are in wholesale terms with wholesaler/brands.
However, rest assured that they are all 100% authentic and  can be inspected by legitimate inspector such as brand official.
